    Despite the name of this collection, this isn't an official release by Square Enix, but is rather a book of sheet music for guitar published by KMP. The reason I'm putting it here is for the fact that it includes a music CD, which has guitar performances of all the songs in the book (and I'm sure that because of copyright reasons, Square or Nobuo Uematsu must've been involved in this project somehow).

    The CD comes in a plastic sleeve attached to the inside back cover of the book.
