Page 1: Member registration

1. First of all, if your browser cannot handle Japanese characters, you'll have to go through a mediator. Use either Jim Breen's viewer or Shodouka. Once there, enter the URL of Doremi's main site, http://www.doremi.co.jp.

2. Watch their intro movie, or click on the link at the bottom of the window to skip it. Once at the main page, it's fairly easy to find the Final Fantasy books by browsing the catalog, and their links now have English words! You can click on "Catalogue" in the middle of the top red bar, or click on the "Doremi Online Shopping" in the upper right of the window.

3. You will then be taken to a list of links. Under the very first category on the left, find the link that looks like the one below and click on it. It should be the 12th one from the top. (The link translates to "Game music piano song collections.")

5. You'll pull up a list of game music piano books. For those who don't know how "Final Fantasy" is written in Japanese, the title looks like this:

You can then click on the box to the right of whatever title you're interested in to get more information on it.

Someone told me that they successfully ordered from Yamaha, from outside of Japan. This person said the customer-service representative wasn't all that nice, though. ^_~ Here's what "D" says about ordering from Yamaha:

Hum... it was pretty simple. In my first e-mail, I gave the book info (name, ISBN#, ~# of tracks/pages, i.e. I copy-pasted the info they have on the website www.ymm.co.jp), and asked them how much would shipping cost to Canada (my place). He/She replied by giving me the cost of my order, and asked my mailing address and credit card #. I did. And about two weeks later, I received the books :)

IMPORTANT: during these 2 weeks, I enquired (maybe too frequently) about the status of my order, and did not receive any reply. So I didn't even know if my order was being processed: I sent my info twice, but hopefully (?), I only received my order once :)

Also, I don't have the DoReMi FF1 piano book, so I don't know how the two compare in terms of what songs are included.
